Simplicity Works is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team at a strategic moment of growth and internationalization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled and proactive engineer with around 2 years of experience in an engineering office, who is ready to take ownership of industrial machinery projects from start to finish within a company with high technological potential and a clear scale-up vision.

What you will do

• Take part in the complete lifecycle of industrial engineering projects: from offer and conceptual design to commissioning.
• Lead and coordinate specific machinery projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Design mechanical systems using CAD software (preferably Autodesk Inventor).
• Collaborate with other engineering teams (automation, electrical, production) to ensure cohesive technical integration.
• Prepare technical documentation, support programming and manufacturing processes.
• Travel internationally to oversee manufacturing, installation, and final commissioning.
• Act as the technical reference and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project.
• Manage teams and suppliers, delegate and track tasks, and ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in an engineering office environment.
• Demonstrated experience in industrial engineering projects, ideally having led at least one full project independently.
• Proficiency in CAD software (preferably Autodesk Inventor).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent understanding of machinery components and industrial processes.
• High level of English (essential) — both written and spoken.
• Availability to travel abroad and spend extended periods onsite.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple project stages.
