Indra Group, a leader in space technology, seeks a Mechanical Engineer to drive integration and testing for satellite units and subsystems. You will work on assembly, alignment, and environmental campaigns, ensuring interfaces meet design and mission requirements, in a hybrid workspace based in Ciudad Real, ES.

Formación

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience or training in mechanical and electrical integration of electronic equipment and subsystems, as well as functional and environmental testing activities.
• Solid understanding of mechanical interfaces, structural assembly, and thermal constraints during integration and test operations.
• Ability to work with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, test procedures, ICDs, and technical manuals while ensuring traceability and compliance during AIT activities.
• Familiarity with ISO 8 and ISO 5 controlled environments and contamination control procedures, with a strong focus on hardware safety and quality.
• Experience in the specification, design, and implementation of Electrical and Mechanical Ground Support Equipment, including test benches, custom interfaces, simulators, and verification tools.

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with experience in mechanical integration, environmental testing, and support equipment development for space systems to join projects focused on the assembly, integration, testing, and validation of satellite units and subsystems, ensuring compliance with design and mission requirements.
