Indra Group in Ciudad Real, Spain, is seeking an AIT Test Engineer with hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical integration of electronic equipment and subsystems, plus functional and environmental testing and EGSE development.

You will join projects focused on integration, verification and validation of satellite equipment and space systems, ensuring compliance with design and mission requirements during Assembly, Integration and Test activities.

Formación

• MSc in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience or training in mechanical and electrical integration of electronic equipment and subsystems, as well as in the execution of functional and environmental tests.
• Proficiency in working with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, test procedures, ICDs, and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with ISO 8 and ISO 5 controlled environments, contamination control procedures, ESD protection, cleanliness, and grounding practices.
• Proven experience in the specification, design, and implementation of Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE), including power and communication simulators, custom hardware interfaces, software control tools, and test benches.
• Advanced English level.

Responsabilidades

• Support the integration, validation, and verification of electronic equipment and subsystems during AIT activities.
• Execute functional and environmental test campaigns in accordance with approved test procedures and project requirements.
• Prepare, review, and execute test plans, ensuring full traceability and compliance throughout testing activities.
• Work with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, ICDs, technical manuals, and test documentation.
• Support the specification, design, implementation, and maintenance of EGSE, including test benches, simulators, and custom interfaces.
• Perform activities in ISO 8 and ISO 5 controlled environments, applying contamination control procedures including ESD protection, cleanliness, grounding, and hardware safety protocols.
