Your Job : The Manager, Spain Retail Marketing, plays a vital role responsible for delivering integrated marketing strategies for our Strategic and Key Accounts. Your responsibilities include developing and executing account-specific trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales goals. A key aspect of this role is collaborating closely with the Territory Director South to ensure alignment with the overall Spain strategy. Your main stakeholders are retailers, Key Account Managers, the Sales Manager Spain, and the EMEA Marketing Team.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Contribute to the development and lead the execution of retail marketing strategies across Spain.
  • Develop, plan, present, and activate retail marketing plans based on seasonal demand and sales targets for Spain, in accordance with EMEA directives.
  • Maintain consistent visibility of the Brooks brand and products at POS (brick & mortar, online, social media, PR, retail events) and support sales and tech reps to drive sell-through.
  • Ensure customer experience, assets, and programs align with campaign strategies, reflect brand principles, and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Enhance brand awareness by securing permanent space in stores and online brand pages or third-party websites.
  • Manage the retail marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with product pipelines across wholesale and e-commerce, and integration with the broader EMEA marketing efforts.
  • Identify and develop new ideas to attract, engage, and connect with target audiences and customer activations.
  • Implement an integrated approach to campaign execution, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Plan and oversee retail account marketing budgets under the guidance of the Territory Director, South.
  • Communicate seasonal program progress, including updates, retailer feedback, sales data, and consumer engagement metrics.
