Mechanical Design Engineer – Motorcycle Brand – Barcelona

We’re working with a high-performance motorcycle brand based in Barcelona. They’re looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team and help develop the next generation of bikes.

The role:

You'll be part of a small, focused design team. Your job will be to create and develop mechanical parts that go onto the motorcycle – everything from lighting units to structural components and their fixings.

Key tasks include:

1. Creating concepts and solutions for new parts and systems
2. Producing detailed 3D designs using CAD
3. Supporting prototyping and hands-on testing
4. Working closely with electrical and manufacturing teams

What they’re looking for:

• Strong CAD skills (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks, Catia or similar)
• Experience designing components for vehicles or similar products
• Good understanding of materials and manufacturing methods
• Familiarity with automotive standards and testing
• Fluent English (mandatory); Spanish (strongly preferred)
• Someone who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Location: Barcelona, on-site.
