The role involves creating and maintaining 3D models, collaborating on designs, and producing technical documentation. Candidates should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, along with strong teamwork and detail-oriented skills.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in HVAC design and BIM modeling.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Descripción del empleo

We are currently seeking a Mechanical BIM Modeler with a strong background in HVAC Design to join our engineering team in Madrid . Your main missions are :

BIM Modeling : Develop and maintain accurate 3D models of HVAC systems using Revit and other BIM tools.

Electrical Design : Collaborate with engineers and designers to create detailed designs for mechanical installations.

Documentation : Produce high-quality technical drawings, layouts, and as-built documentation.

Work closely with other disciplines (Electrical, CSA…) to ensure model consistency and clash resolution.

With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, BIM Management or a related field, you have at least 5 years of experience in HVAC design and BIM modeling.

With a strong attention to detail, you enjoy multicultural teamwork. Your rigor and your ability to work in a team-oriented environment will allow you to succeed in this position and grow within our company.

Speaking fluently Spanish and English, a good level in French would be a plus.
