What You'll Do
Service, repair, and improve: Working with Tesla-specific software and driving out to customers to service their vehicles. This is an independent position.
Ensure top quality: Fix it right first time; inspect vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery, adhering to high standards.
Collaborate: Share support and best practices across teams (local and regional) to improve the service experience.
Develop: Our dedicated in-house training teams will train you on Tesla-specific technology and EV repair.
Support: Assist with parts management, scheduling, and other activities to perform core duties.
Customer Facing: Take ownership of customer interactions, perform basic repairs, and educate customers on vehicle usage and technical info.
What You'll Bring
Technically experienced: Professional experience in vehicle servicing and repairs within automotive or similar industries.
Technically qualified: Relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in Spain.
A good communicator: Fluent in English and Spanish, with clear and respectful communication skills.
Safe to drive: Full driver’s license held for at least two years.
Flexible: Willing to work in shifts, including weekends, and travel to various sites as needed.
Eligible: Right to work in Spain.
