What will your responsibilities be?

- Payroll Processing: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary calculations, benefits, taxes, and deductions in compliance with labor laws.
- Compliance: Stay updated on labor law changes and tax regulations to ensure full compliance with reporting obligations and legal requirements.
- Social Security: Manage the calculation, modification, and payment of Social Security contributions via SILTRA.
- Record Keeping:



Maintain accurate records related to salaries, taxes, and employee benefits, tracking all changes (e.g., hires, terminations, promotions).
- Team Management: Provide guidance, training, and support to interns and assistants to ensure smooth operations.
