Think Ahead Academy is an elite tutoring institution specializing in the IGCSE, A-Level, and IB curriculums, serving students aged fourteen to eighteen from British and International backgrounds. Founded in 2016, we have successfully expanded to over 190 seats, driven by our effective teaching methods and personalized customer service.

Our team comprises young professionals with native-level English and extensive experience in our curricula. We employ teachers from 8 different nationalities who share a common goal: maximizing student potential.

What We Are Looking For

We seek passionate educators capable of maintaining high engagement and interest throughout the academic year.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver weekly face-to-face lessons.
2. Commit fully to our methodology and actively participate in developing and implementing innovative educational initiatives.
3. Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, and instructional methods.
4. Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework, and handouts.
5. Assess student performance and provide continuous feedback in collaboration with Coordinators and the Head Centre.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Maths or Physics, with the ability to teach at least at the IGCSE / MYP level.
• Minimum of 1 year teaching experience.
• Native or excellent proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
• Strong creative, communication, and presentation skills.
• Engaging personality and teaching style.

What We Offer

Salary: Ranges from 17 euros/hour to 43 euros/hour, depending on the number of students.

Schedule: Afternoons from 5:15 pm to 9:15 pm.
