Formación

  • 1-3 years of experience in material planning or similar roles.

Could you be the Material Planner for a temporary position in Madrid we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.

You will manage the material needs in line with the strategic HI and Cash Flow. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for the configuration of the material process to ensure material availability and rotation. You will work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Operations and Projects), to coordinate material needs and more.

You’ll be the main interface for Projects and Operations regarding material availability for short, mid, and long-term planning.

We’ll look to you for:
  • Manage material needs in coordination with Engineering, Operations, and Projects teams.
  • Define strategies and policies for stock management aligned with project budgets and unit objectives around Cash Flow.
  • Consolidate needs from Operations/Production and the Bill of Materials for proper material requirement planning, optimizing lot size and frequency to ensure supply and availability.
  • Enhance visibility of materials for production and operations.
  • Perform inventory analysis to define procurement strategies.
  • Develop action plans for inventory reduction and increased inventory rotation.
  • Anticipate risks of stock shortages and material supply needs to inform Sourcing for negotiations.
  • Place purchase orders, manage acknowledgements, follow up, and oversee deliveries.
  • Manage supplier non-conformities.

  • Experience with SAP.
  • 1-3 years of experience in similar roles.
