Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your planning expertise in a new, cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.

You will manage the material needs in line with the strategic HI and Cash Flow. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for configuring the material process to ensure material availability and rotation. You will work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Operations, and Projects), to coordinate material needs and more.

You’ll be the main interface for Projects and Operations regarding material availability for short, mid, and long-term planning.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing material needs in coordination with Engineering, Operations, and Projects teams.
  • Defining strategies and policies for stock management aligned with project budgets and unit objectives around Cash Flow.
  • Consolidating needs from Operations/Production and the Bill of Material for accurate material requirement planning, optimizing lot size and frequency to ensure supply and availability.
  • Improving visibility of materials for production and operations.
  • Performing inventory analysis to define procurement strategies.
  • Generating action plans for inventory reduction and increased rotation.
  • Anticipating risks of stock shortages and material supply needs to provide visibility to Sourcing for optimal negotiations with suppliers.
  • Placing purchase orders, managing acknowledgments, follow-ups, and delivery control.
  • Managing supplier non-conformities.

All about you

  • Academic background in Technical Engineering or Industrial Superior.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • 1-3 years of experience in similar roles.
