Airbus Cádiz is seeking a Planning in Production professional to oversee monthly routines and mid-term horizons. You will evaluate programs, define production scenarios, and lead or participate in Master Production meetings with stakeholders.

Your role includes KPI analysis, improvement actions, and ensuring the plan is communicated and respected. Requirements include an engineering degree and at least two years in planning, with knowledge of SAP and common tools.

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of planning experience.
• Experience with information systems and project management is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP, Google Workspace, CIC, CAPP and FBP a plus.
• Strong leadership and ability to work in a production environment.
• Fluent English and Spanish negotiation level required.

Responsabilidades

• Launch monthly routine in mid-term horizon.
• Evaluate programs and production requirements, incl. recovery plans.
• Define production scenarii based on plant calendar and resources.
• Propose best solution to meet requirements using scenarios.
• Prepare or lead Master Production meetings with stakeholders.
• Obtain commitments and challenge attendees to avoid delays.
• Build, update and analyze KPIs for plan execution and deliveries.
• Define improvement plan and actions.
• Officialize production scenario and communicate plan to stakeholders.
• Ensure planning is respected (accountable).
• Maintain planning parameters and models in planning tools.
• Update SAP.
