Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe is seeking an Integrated Planning Lead to drive the planning process, methods and deployment across Business. You will own planning system capabilities, coordinate demand and collaborate with Digital and external providers.

The role provides leadership across planning coaches and project planners, with an emphasis on complex programs, stakeholder alignment and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Educated to degree level with a relevant field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent Spanish and strong business English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Integrated Planning process, method and tools deployment.
• Coordinate planning capabilities with Digital and external providers.
• Oversee planning coaches network and project planners.
• Own and manage Demand coordination on behalf of Business.
• Interface with Digital ambition and AD transformations.
