Airbus Crisa in Tres Cantos (Madrid area) seeks a Production Planning professional to support the Head of Advanced Electronic Production Line. You will deploy Production Plan to keep an integrated Production Schedule across projects, and coordinate with Electronics Modules Manufacturing Hub.

You will ensure on-time, on-cost, on-quality delivery, apply Airbus quality policy, drive Lean initiatives, and support annual audits (EN9100, ISO14001) while fostering collaboration across sites.

Formación

• Engineering degree required.
• Up to 5 years of proven experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of generic IT tools.
• Knowledge in ERP concepts and tools.
• Experience using SAP will be highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy Production Plan to maintain an integrated production schedule across Tres Cantos projects.
• Regularly coordinate with Electronics Modules Manufacturing Hub and Industrial Management Team for schedule updates and simulations.
• Ensure on-time, on-cost, on-quality delivery of electronic modules for projects.
• Develop collaboration with other units within Electronic Equipment Industrial Management & Plant Stock.
• Propose and deploy process and tool improvements for Production Planning and ensure audits are successful.

Job Description:

Several positions are now open in Airbus CRISA (Airbus Defense & Space) in Tres Cantos (Madrid area) for different Space business: Launchers (Ariane6, Vega-C and Vega-E), Earth Exploration (Copernicus missions and PAZ-2), Space Exploration (Artemis), and Commercial (Telecommunications Satellites). The successful candidate will be supporting the Head of the Advanced Electronic Production Line, where their main role accountabilities will be the following:

• Deploy Production Plan to keep an integrated Production Schedule of all projects in Tres Cantos shopfloor.
• Regular exchange with the different sections of the Electronics Modules Manufacturing Hub and with the Industrial Management Team planner, to get update of project schedules w.r.t production, perform Schedule simulations and analysis, and consolidate the Production Plan.
• Maintain the operational excellence and ensure the customer (projects) satisfaction by contributing to Operations delivering electronic modules on time, on cost, on quality.
• Work in close coordination and develop a collaborative relationship with other units within Electronic Equipment Industrial Management & Plant Stock.
• Propose and deploy improvements of the processes and tools related to Production Planning.
• Deploy the Airbus Defence & Space quality policy (Quest), make Lean a mindset, develop synergies between production sites, share best practices.
• Guarantee application of working methods and processes, ensure success of the annual audits (EN9100, ISO14001) and of any other process audits.
• Act as reference for Production Planning issues.

Educational level required: Engineering degree

Professional background required:

• Up to 5 years of proven experience in a similar position, preferably in production of electronic boards/units
• Knowledge of generic IT tools.
• Knowledge in ERP concept and tools.
• Knowledge in specific IT tools used in planning: Excel/MSProject.
• Experience in use of SAP will be highly valued.
