Onyx CenterSource is seeking a Support Operations Intern in Spain to help maintain master data accuracy, verify account details, and ensure clean, reliable records. You will work across departments to correct discrepancies and support data quality initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role is hybrid in office and remote, reporting to the Manager of Support Operations. Applicants should be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or vocational program and be fluent in English and

• Basic understanding of data management principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Proficient in both English and Spanish written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Verify and update account names, addresses, email addresses, and tax details.
• Conduct regular reviews of master data to identify and correct inaccuracies.
• Clean and maintain master data to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve data discrepancies.
• Document and report any data quality issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in developing and implementing data quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide support and assistance with data entry and data management tasks.
