Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in the development of Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in technology applied to marketing and providing unique customer relationships. The company is seeking a Martech Strategist to expand its martech stack practice, focusing on marketing automation, personalization, and intelligence with cutting-edge technology and suppliers.

As a key member of the Marketing Services department, this role requires strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration to execute marketing strategies, drive innovation, and achieve business results. The candidate must understand both the practical applications of marketing and the technology used to implement them.

Success in this role involves analyzing business needs, partnering with Omega's business development, operations, and tech teams to design roadmaps that enhance customer experience maturity for current and potential clients, adopting a consultancy and pre-sales approach.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Design, advise, and pre-sell marketing and technology solutions to help OmegaCRM clients evolve digitally and strengthen customer relationships.
  2. Create evolutionary roadmaps to improve martech capabilities aligned with business objectives, developing client capabilities alongside marketing tool implementation.
  3. Participate in collaborative proposals focusing on technical and business solution design for potential clients.
  4. Act as a business analyst to map business needs (KPIs) with client capabilities development through services and martech implementation projects.
  5. Define detailed strategies for customer experience improvement, emphasizing marketing automation and lifecycle relationship enhancement.
  6. Research and recommend new marketing technology products, potentially overseeing training and adoption.
  7. Ensure integration of marketing technology products with other systems.
  8. Train and support marketing technology tools.
  9. Understand marketing technology integrations and building blocks.
  10. Serve as super-user and product evangelist for the full martech stack, leading initiatives across the company.
  11. Oversee marketing intelligence and provide actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.
  12. Support marketing events, demos, and client visits.
  13. Deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
  14. Research market trends and emerging technologies to identify impactful opportunities.

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • At least 2 years' experience in MarTech/AdTech business development.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, marketing, business, or related fields.
  • Ability to translate technology into business solutions.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar CRM solutions.
  • Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms, especially Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of Marketing Automation, Personalization, Data-Driven Marketing, Multitouch Attribution, Audience Management, and Web Analytics.
  • Experience in Campaign/CRM/Direct Marketing, preferably within an agency or consultancy.
  • Previous digital advertising experience.

Additional Skills (Plus)

  • SEO, customer segmentation, paid search, social media, paid media, email marketing, lead generation, database management.
  • Experience managing multiple implementation workstreams.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with SMEs, C-Levels, PMOs, and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, creative, analytical, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Passionate about technology and innovation.
