Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing. We provide a unique Customer Relationship with a focus on Innovation and are looking for a Martech Strategist to grow our martech stack practice. The ideal candidate is passionate about pushing the boundaries of marketing and technology with a holistic approach, emphasizing marketing automation, personalization, and intelligence using cutting-edge technology and suppliers.

As a key member of the Marketing Services department, this role combines strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration to execute marketing strategies, drive innovation, and achieve business results. The candidate should understand both the practical aspects of marketing and the technology that enables it.

Success in this role involves analyzing business needs, partnering with Omega's business development, operations, and tech teams, and designing evolutive roadmaps to enhance Customer Experience maturity for Omega CRM's current and potential clients, adopting a consultancy and pre-sales approach.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, advise, and pre-sell marketing and technology solutions to help OmegaCRM clients evolve their digital maturity and customer relationships.
  • Create evolutionary roadmaps to improve martech capabilities aligned with business improvement objectives, integrating client capability development with marketing tool implementation.
  • Participate in collaboration proposals with potential clients, focusing on technical solutions and business impact.
  • Act as a business analyst to map business needs (KPIs) and develop client capabilities through services and martech projects.
  • Define customer experience improvement strategies, focusing on Marketing Automation and lifecycle relationship enhancement.
  • Research and recommend new marketing technology products, including overseeing training and adoption.
  • Ensure integration of marketing technology products with other systems.
  • Train and support marketing technology products.
  • Understand marketing technology integrations and building blocks.
  • Serve as a super-user and product evangelist for the full martech stack, leading initiatives across the company.
  • Oversee marketing intelligence and provide actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.
  • Attend marketing events, demos, and client visits.
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Research market trends and technologies to identify impactful opportunities.

YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • At least 2 years' experience in MarTech / Adtech business development.

Degree in computer science, IT, marketing, business, or related field.

  • Ability to translate technology into solutions addressing business problems.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar CRM solutions.
  • Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms, especially Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of Marketing Automation, Personalization, Data-Driven Marketing, Multitouch Attribution, Audience Management, and Web Analytics.
  • Experience in Campaign/CRM/Direct Marketing, preferably in an agency or consultancy.
  • Previous digital advertising experience.

  • SEO, Customer segmentation, Paid search, Social media, Paid media, Email marketing, Lead generation, Database management.
  • Experience managing multiple implementation work-streams.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with SMEs, C-Levels, PMO, and stakeholders.
