Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in the development of Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in applying technology to marketing and fostering unique customer relationships. We are seeking a Martech Strategist to expand our martech stack practice, who is passionate about pushing the boundaries of marketing and technology with a holistic approach, focusing on marketing automation, personalization, and intelligence using cutting-edge technology and suppliers.

As a key member of the Marketing Services department, this role requires strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration to execute marketing strategies, drive innovation, and achieve business results. The candidate should understand both the practical aspects of marketing and the technological tools that enable it.

Success in this role involves analyzing business needs, partnering with Omega's business development, operations, and tech teams to design evolving roadmaps that enhance Customer Experience maturity for both current and potential clients, adopting a consultancy and pre-sales approach.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, advise, and pre-sell marketing and technology solutions to help OmegaCRM clients evolve their digital maturity and customer relationships.
  • Create evolutionary roadmaps to improve martech capabilities aligned with business improvement goals, integrating client capability development with marketing tool implementation.
  • Participate in collaboration proposals with potential clients, focusing on technical and business solution design.
  • Act as a business analyst to map business needs (KPIs) with client capability development through services and martech project implementations.
  • Contribute to projects by defining strategies for customer experience improvements, emphasizing marketing automation and lifecycle relationship enhancement.
  • Research and recommend new marketing technology products, potentially overseeing training and customer adoption.
  • Ensure integration of marketing technology products with non-marketing systems.
  • Train and support marketing technology tools.
  • Understand marketing technology integrations and building blocks.
  • Serve as a super-user and product evangelist for the full stack of Martech products, leading and inspiring tech initiatives across the company.
  • Oversee marketing intelligence and provide actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.
  • Support marketing teams at events, demos, and client locations.
  • Deliver presentations and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Research market trends and emerging technologies to identify impactful opportunities.

YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in specifying MarTech / Adtech business development.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, marketing, business, or related fields.

  • Ability to translate technology into solutions that address business problems.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) CRM solutions or similar products.
  • Understanding of Customer Data Platform concepts and specific knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Deep knowledge of Marketing Automation, Personalization, Data-Driven Marketing, Multitouch Attribution, Audience Management, and Web Analytics.
  • Strong background in Campaign/CRM/Direct Marketing, preferably in an agency or consultancy setting.
  • Previous experience in digital advertising.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge in SEO, customer segmentation, paid search, social media, paid media, email marketing, lead generation, and database management.
  • Experience managing multiple implementation workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with SMEs, C-Levels, PMO, and business stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, creative, with analytical and organizational skills, adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Passionate about technology and innovation.
