Formación

Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in the development of Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in applying technology to marketing and providing a unique customer relationship approach focused on innovation. We are looking for a Martech Strategist to expand our martech stack practice, passionate about pushing the boundaries of marketing and technology with a holistic approach, emphasizing marketing automation, personalization, and intelligence using cutting-edge technology and suppliers.

As a key member of the Marketing Services department, this role combines strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration to execute marketing strategies, drive innovation, and achieve business results. It requires understanding both the practical aspects of marketing and the technology that enables it.

Success in this role involves analyzing business needs, partnering with Omega's business development, operations, and tech teams to design evolving roadmaps that enhance Customer Experience maturity for Omega CRM's current and potential clients, adopting a consultancy and pre-sales approach.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Design, advise, and support pre-sales of marketing and technology solutions to help OmegaCRM clients evolve in their digital maturity and customer relationships.
  2. Create evolutionary roadmaps to enhance martech capabilities aligned with business improvement goals, integrating client capabilities development with marketing tool implementation.
  3. Participate in collaboration proposals with potential clients, focusing on solution design from a technical and business perspective.
  4. Act as a business analyst to align business needs (KPIs) with the development of client capabilities through services and martech projects.
  5. Define detailed customer experience improvement strategies, emphasizing Marketing Automation and lifecycle relationship enhancement.
  6. Research and recommend new marketing technology products, potentially overseeing training and adoption.
  7. Ensure integration of marketing technology products with non-marketing systems.
  8. Train and support marketing technology products and understand their integration and building blocks.
  9. Serve as a super-user and evangelist for the full stack of Martech products, leading initiatives across the company.
  10. Oversee marketing intelligence and provide actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.
  11. Support marketing teams at events, demos, and client sites.
  12. Deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
  13. Research market trends and technologies to identify impactful opportunities and emerging topics.
YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in MarTech / Adtech business development.
  2. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, marketing, business, or related fields.
  3. Ability to translate technology into solutions addressing business problems.
  4. Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) CRM solutions or similar.
  5. Understanding of Customer Data Platform concepts and Salesforce Data Cloud.
  6. Deep knowledge of Marketing Automation, Personalization, Data-Driven Marketing, Multitouch Attribution, Audiences Management, and Web Analytics.
  7. Strong background in Campaign / CRM / Direct Marketing, preferably in an agency or consultancy setting.
  8. Previous experience in digital advertising.
Preferred Skills
  • SEO, Customer segmentation, Paid search, Social media, Paid media, Email marketing, Lead generation, and Database management.
  • Experience managing multiple implementation work-streams simultaneously.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with SMEs, C-Levels, PMOs, and business stakeholders to drive analysis and requirements gathering.
