WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Markets Strategy & Strategic Client Enablement Analyst you will be part of the Chief of Staff team, supporting strategic initiatives within the Markets division. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape the strategic agenda, support business planning, and deliver insights that drive performance, while also playing a key role in optimizing the client lifecycle and driving operational excellence across transversal functions.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts :
  • Strategic Planning & Execution : Support the development and execution of the Markets division’s strategic roadmap, including annual planning cycles, transformation initiatives, and performance tracking.
  • Executive Communications : Create high-impact presentations, reports, and briefing materials for senior Markets leadership, ensuring clarity, insight, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with transversal teams (e.g., Risk, Compliance, Operations, Legal) to align on strategic priorities and ensure seamless execution of key initiatives.
  • Project Management : Drive and support strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery, milestone tracking, and alignment with business objectives. Contribute to governance and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Client Enablement Strategy : Contribute to the design and implementation of a centralized client enablement model, acting as a strategic partner to enhance coordination across business functions.
  • Client Lifecycle Optimization : Support initiatives across the end-to-end client relationship lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Insights : Leverage data and analytics to monitor client engagement, identify growth opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making.
EXPERIENCE
  • years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a strategic role within financial services
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
  • Understanding of financial markets, client lifecycle management, and business development.
  • Familiarity with compliance processes, KYC, legal documentation, and collateral governance.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
