Mirakl, a French unicorn expanding globally, invites you to join its Customer Success Consulting team in Barcelona for a 6-month internship starting Jan 27. You will analyze client performance, build business reviews, and help implement strategic recommendations across a B2C client portfolio.

Requirements include currently pursuing higher education, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing higher education (business schools, universities, IEP, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client performance: track key metrics and trends to identify growth opportunities and improvement areas.
• Build Business Reviews that showcase client success and provide data-driven insights.
• Implement strategic recommendations to optimize marketplace operations and achieve goals.
• Drive cross-functional projects focusing on process improvement and AI initiatives.
