We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2B Demand Generation or B2B Marketing Operations with demonstrated expertise and a proven track record of success in optimizing marketing processes, workflows, automations, and systems, with a strong focus on utilizing Account Engagement (aka Pardot) and Salesforce platforms.
You will play a critical role in owning the lead flow process within our marketing automation platform, ensuring that leads are scored accurately and processed efficiently before being delivered to Salesforce.
You'll have a massive impact by closely partnering with Sales, Marketing, and CS / IT teams. Your primary objective will be to uphold the efficiency of our marketing systems, leaving no stone unturned.
This role hinges on your analytical prowess, meticulous attention to detail, poised professionalism, and exceptional teamwork skills. It's a position where precision meets collaboration, resulting in a harmonious achievement that resonates throughout the organization.
