We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Video Editor who wants to join our talented team.

About the Role

As a Marketing Video Artist at Labhouse, you'll join our dynamic Marketing team, focusing on creating impactful ads for social media platforms. Your main responsibility will be to produce multiple engaging video creatives weekly, ensuring they captivate the audience and drive results.

You'll take ownership of the entire process :

  1. Creative Ideation: Brainstorm and conceptualize unique ad ideas that resonate with our target audience.
  2. Execution: Bring those ideas to life through high-quality video editing and production.
  3. Testing and Optimization: Continuously test different variations of your work, analyze performance data, and refine creatives to improve results.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys blending creativity with analytics, and wants to make a tangible impact on how our brand reaches and engages users.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in video creation, editing & animation (transitions, motion graphics, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop).
  • Experience in paid advertising platforms like Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok ads, Applovin, etc.
  • Knowledge of paid performance KPIs, such as Hook Rate, CPI, CTR, etc.
  • Knowledge of AI tools, like Eleven Labs, Pika, Runway, ArcAds, Midjourney, Firefly, etc.
  • Strong time management skills, able to create quality content on schedule in a fast-paced environment.
  • Autonomous, self-driven, and entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Good spoken and written English skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing team in creating and editing creatives for performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other ad networks.
  • Design and produce marketing creatives for our mobile apps.
  • Analyze organic trends and competitor ads to generate new ad ideas.
  • Collaborate with other video creators and paid performance managers to deliver effective creatives.
