La posición implica apoyar al equipo en el análisis de tendencias de mercado, la preparación de kits promocionales y la coordinación de sesiones sensoriales, ofreciendo una oportunidad de desarrollo profesional en un entorno dinámico. No se requiere experiencia previa, pero sí estudios en áreas relacionadas.

Formación

• Actualmente estudiando una licenciatura relacionada con marketing o negocios.
• Se valorará cualquier tipo de formación relacionada con fragancias, cosméticos o similares.
• Sin experiencia previa requerida.

Responsabilidades

• Apoyo a la equipo de marketing en tendencias del mercado y lanzamiento de productos.
• Diseño de informes de datos utilizando Euromonitor, Mintel y WGSN.
• Coordinación de sesiones de olfateo y manejo de productos.

MISSION :

• The Mission of this position is to support the marketing team for the different strategic fragrance categories (Personal Care, Home Care and Air Care).

FUNCTIONS :

• Follow, analyze, and share the relevant market trends and new products launches and communicate to the marketing managers for their respective categories.
• Design data reports coming from the following sources : Euromonitor, Mintel and WGSN.
• Support the marketing team on the key Proactive Marketing Tools (Category Review, Promo Kits, Trends Presentations) for H&PC categories (Personal Care, Home Care and Air Care) on Canva.
• Support each Marketing Manager on Promo Kits preparations, including the presentation content, printing the labels, and shipping the kits to the regions.
• Coordinate Smelling sessions and product portfolios for Home & Personal Care; managing market products purchasing, ensuring the required set-up for the smelling sessions, and preparing the olfactive mapping for the presentations.
• Publish relevant content in our internal social media (YAMMER), to give relevant information and insights to the different teams involved : Marketing, Sales, Fragrance Development Managers.
• Give general support to the Marketing Team on all internal and external client presentations when needed.

Educational background :

Currently studying a Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business and Administration or related studies.

Key knowledge :

• English : High level
• Spanish : high / native
• No experience required
• Canva and Pack office : High level
• Any type of training or experience related to fragrances, cosmetics, detergency, air freshening or similar will be valued.
• Any design tool skill (Photoshop, Illustrator, applications like Canva) will be valuable.
