Six Senses Ibiza is looking for a Marketing trainee to assist the Marketing team in social media activity, content creation, and community management across all channels. You will support paid and organic campaigns, internal and partner collaboration, and updates to our editorial calendars and website content.

You will learn to work with the Marketing and Communications Manager, participate in multi-channel campaigns, and gain experience across in-house creative teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Marketing or related field (not explicitly stated)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• European Visa is mandatory

Description du poste

In this role, I will assist Marketing team in ensuring social media activity, as a key brand channel within our integrated marketing campaigns, providing exceptional products and services within our brand operating standards.

I will follow our social media strategy, social media plan along with content creation, community management of all social channels, paid social, and working on solidifying Six Senses Ibiza across key markets.

My duties and responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in social media planning and execution across the brand’s program, including curation of editorial calendars, content creation for key business lines and post scheduling.
• Create content for Six Senses Ibiza’s website, blog, social media, newsletter, in-app news, press releases, etc.
• Assist Social Media Manager in managing and distributing the master editorial content calendar in partnership with partners, inclusive of paid and organic campaigns.
• Manage social media content creation process from start to finish: creative brief development, project management with partners, internal review socialization, and approval workflows
• Copywriting for social media posts and ensuring effective hashtag usage to increase exposure to relevant audiences.
• Review competitor Social Media accounts and stay up to date with social media trends.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager, support the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns from ideation to strategy and execution.
• Work collaboratively across the wider marketing team including in-house creative and social media to help plan, creative, develop, and optimize our multi-channel strategy, acting as a collaborative epicenter for the broader team.
• Assist in all website updates, ensuring all web content is up-to-date and relevant, collaborating closely with Six Senses corporate teams for all website updates and needs.
• Support the Marketing and Communications Manager with all PR Day to day tasks including but not limited to support in drafting press releases, attending PR meetings, and coordinating asset delivery where needed for press purposes.

To execute the position of Marketing trainee, I have the required qualifications, technical skills with proven results.

I am a personally involved, visible and proactive host with excellent organizational skills. I have an intuitive sense of product and service quality, a passion for excellence and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of the luxury customer and I have experience and I am able to work in a cross-cultural environment positively.

I have an excellent command of written and spoken English.

I will maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses in terms of guidelines, rules and regulations, brand and operating standards, facilities and services.

A European Visa is mandatory.
