CELO is seeking a Martech Manager to evolve and interconnect our marketing technology stack, including PIM, Magnolia CMS, Prestashop, Shopify, HubSpot CRM, and automation tools. You will lead hands-on web development, system integration, and end-to-end projects across marketing applications.

You will collaborate with corporate marketing, manage budgets, and ensure tools run efficiently while maintaining best practices in SEO, data formats, and API-based workflows. Fluent English is required.

Formación

• Solid knowledge of web architecture.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript with basic knowledge of Java for back-end development.
• Solid understanding of JSON and XML data formats.
• Experience working with enterprise-level CMS platforms.
• Experience in system integration via REST APIs.
• Experience applying Agile methodologies to project management.
• Experience with project and ticketing tools (Asana, JIRA, Profit).
• Strong organizational skills: multitasking, rigor, attention to detail and respect for budget and deadlines.
• Fluent command of English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on Magnolia CMS development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java), bug fixes and server optimization.
• End-to-end management of websites, PIM, CRM and marketing apps with external partners.
• Systems integration via REST APIs and low-code platforms.
• HubSpot optimization through workflows and automation.
• Technical SEO implementation with the SEO agency.
• Planning and budgeting of marketing tools and platforms.
• Documentation, testing and continuous improvement of tools.
