CELO is seeking a Martech Manager to evolve and connect the marketing technology stack, including Magnolia CMS, Prestashop, Shopify, HubSpot and Zapier, plus custom or third-party tools. You will own end-to-end web projects, coordinating internal teams and external providers to deliver robust digital solutions.

You will optimize HubSpot workflows, implement technical SEO, manage budgets for tools and integrations, and document and test new solutions.

Formación

• Solid knowledge of web architecture.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript with basic knowledge of Java for back-end development.
• Solid understanding of JSON and XML data formats.
• Experience working with enterprise-level CMS platforms.
• Experience in system integration via REST APIs.
• Experience applying Agile methodologies to project management.
• Experience with project and ticketing tools (Asana, JIRA, Profit).
• Strong organizational skills and budget awareness.
• Fluent command of English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on web development in Magnolia CMS and related tech, bug fixing and performance tuning.
• End-to-end project management for websites, PIM, CRM and marketing apps.
• Systems integration of PIM, CMS, CRM and tools via low-code and APIs.
• HubSpot optimization through workflows and automation.
• Technical SEO implementation in coordination with the SEO agency.
• Planning and budgeting of marketing tools and platforms.
• Documentation, testing and continuous improvement of tools and workflows.
