The Knot Worldwide is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Strategy & Operations Lead to bridge the gap between data, insights, strategic planning, and execution. Reporting directly to the Vice President of International Marketing, this role acts as the Chief of Staff for international markets and brands, collaborating closely with stakeholders across Brand Marketing, Media & Measurement, Email / CRM, Product, Editorial, and Sales.
Our international presence spans 13 countries and 13 brands in 5 languages. The Strategy & Operations Lead will ensure our teams have reliable data sources, translate data into strategic guidance, and develop internal processes and systems for effective operation.
This role offers significant growth opportunities and provides insight into how company strategies are adapted locally and executed to create impact. It offers visibility into all facets of the Marketing organization and key stakeholders.
