We’re looking for a creative, driven, and culturally attuned Marketing Specialist to lead our growth in the Romanian market. In this role, you’ll shape our digital voice, execute marketing strategies, and build meaningful connections with Romanian travelers — all while supporting our mission: making travel easier for everyone, everywhere.

This hands-on role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys switching between strategic planning and daily execution. You’ll collaborate with our Brand & Communication Manager to localize campaigns, manage cross-channel content, and coordinate initiatives such as social media, influencer activations, blog content, and events.

Mission :

Coordinate, support, and optimize our cross-channel marketing and communications plan.

Key responsibilities :
  1. Plan, develop, and execute marketing and communication strategies for the Romanian market in collaboration with the Brand Manager.
  2. Implement the social media strategy for Romania with the Social Media Manager.
  3. Organize external events in Romania.
  4. Negotiate with brand ambassadors and influencers, closely coordinating with the Affiliate Manager for Romania.
  5. Create, proofread, and edit content for websites, campaigns, blogs, PR, and newsletters.
  6. Manage blog content on WordPress in collaboration with the SEO Manager.
  7. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  8. Oversee the marketing and communication budget for Romania.
  9. Plan and run newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
  10. Coordinate brand awareness efforts with the marketing team and other departments.
  11. Ensure consistent brand identity across all communications.
Requirements :
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bilingual in Romanian and Spanish.
  • Excellent Romanian writing skills.
  • Creative, motivated, and proactive.
  • Passionate about travel.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Skills :
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Experience managing social media platforms (content creation, scheduling, analysis).
  • Knowledge of WordPress and SEO techniques is a plus.
  • Data-driven, creative, and an inspiring storyteller.
Schedule :
  • Full-time, flexible hours (7.5 hours daily).
  • 100% remote, with an office in Barcelona available if preferred.
  • Applicants must be Spanish residents with legal work authorization in Spain.
