Job Description: This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, and ambitious Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our marketing efforts, including SEO optimization, creating compelling marketing texts, managing newsletters, overseeing diverse marketing campaigns, and managing our participation in industry expos. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and possess exceptional communication skills in English, along with fluency in one of the following languages: Spanish, German, or French.

Responsibilities:

1. SEO Management: Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
2. Marketing Content Creation: Write, edit, and manage marketing texts across various platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand voice.
3. Newsletter Management: Design, write, and send engaging newsletters, analyzing performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
4. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
5. Expo Participation: Organize and execute our participation in industry expos, including planning, logistics, and on-site management, in collaboration with our Partner Director.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and one of the following: Spanish, German, or French.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a marketing role focusing on SEO, content creation, campaign management, and expo participation.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Excellent writing and editing skills, capable of creating compelling content.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). Note: We use Zoho Marketing Manager.
• Proven experience organizing and managing participation in expos or trade shows.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and ambitious, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
