Marketing Specialist

Are you passionate about digital marketing, brand building, and lead generation? At LHH Spain, we're looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our public employment and training projects by boosting visibility, generating leads, and managing our digital presence.
Your Mission
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads in the B2B and B2C markets.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Develop and optimize digital campaigns (SEM, LinkedIn Ads, X/Twitter Ads) aligned with audience targeting goals.
- Manage and update website content, blog posts, landing pages, and CTAs to maximize SEO and conversions.
- Track and analyze campaign KPIs (CTR, ROI, conversion rates), applying performance-driven insights.
- Plan and execute integrated lead generation strategies across paid and organic channels.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align MQL/SQ/PQL definitions and improve funnel conversion.
Social Media Content Strategy
- Design and implement content plans that drive brand visibility, engagement, and leads across LinkedIn and other channels.
- Create and schedule engaging, brand-aligned posts using tools like Hootsuite.
- Monitor engagement and audience growth, optimizing posts based on analytics.
- Collaborate with internal teams or agencies to produce creative assets (banners, infographics, videos).
Website & SEO Management
- Coordinate with stakeholders to develop and maintain SEO-optimized pages.
- Ensure on-page SEO best practices are applied.
- Propose and develop new web sections aligned with business priorities and campaigns.
CRM & Email Marketing
- Build and manage email campaigns in Pardot and Salesforce, tailored to audience segments.
- Design automated journeys, newsletters, and drip campaigns with clear goals.
- Create forms and landing pages to nurture leads.
- Monitor campaign metrics and optimize performance.
Events & Brand Activation
- Support the planning and marketing of online and in-person events.
- Coordinate marketing assets and communications for events.
- Develop speaker materials, invitations, registration pages, and post-event content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all event materials.
Collaboration & Asset Development
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to produce campaigns and materials.
- Create content assets aligned with audience insights and campaign goals.
- Ensure campaigns are adapted to local markets while maintaining brand coherence.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing and lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with SEM, email marketing, social media management, and marketing automation.
- Experience coordinating virtual and in-person events.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and optimize performance.
- Fluent in English (C1 minimum).
- Proactive, collaborative, highly organized, with excellent communication skills.
