What's the opportunity?

We're seeking a B2B Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to help us attract international schools in EMEA and LATAM. This role involves developing and implementing a marketing strategy that tells a compelling story and engages our audience at every stage of their journey. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish. You'll be part of a global marketing team and report to the Marketing Director for EMEA but will work closely with the VP Sales (Europe) in Barcelona.

Here's how you'll do it:

  • Narrative Strategy and Thought Leadership: Craft and refine a narrative strategy to guide our marketing efforts, ensuring we connect on an emotional level with school senior leadership, IT and wellbeing teams.
  • Content Creation and Management: Create and manage high-quality content, including webinars, social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns, tailored to engage users at different stages of their journey. Leverage relevant content from our other regions.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute demand generation campaigns to attract, engage, and convert our target audience.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on marketing effectiveness, at every stage of the sales funnel, using data to make informed adjustments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house creative design and video production team to ensure high-quality, on-brand outputs and to align operations to our global marketing standards and frameworks.
  • Sales Development Support: Provide direction to Sales Development Representatives to ensure consistent messaging and effective follow-up for sales enablement.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years experience in creative, demand generation marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative and strategic thinking.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented.
