Must-have

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, either in an agency or an in-house marketing team.
• Medium-Advanced knowledge of HubSpot and its applications in marketing.
• Advanced experience in campaign performance analytics and optimizing marketing strategies.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, Google, and social media campaigns.

General requirements

• Excellent English and communication skills (daily interaction in English involved).
• Available between 9-18, CET.
• Self-directed and independent.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• This position will cover a MATERNITY LEAVE (6 Months).

What will you do?

• Coordinate daily activities with various external agencies, including content, social media (organic and paid), campaigns, design, and development.
• Support in market research and tracking industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and brand visibility across international markets, including platforms like Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
• Support web content optimization for search engines to improve visibility and drive traffic, utilizing best practices in SEO.
• Work closely with sales and customer support teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Manage medium-advanced tasks in HubSpot, ensuring seamless integration and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Leverage analytics tools like GA4, GTM, Google, and social media campaigns, and HubSpot to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.
• Create and manage engaging content such as email communications, newsletters, and blog posts that support lead nurturing and thought leadership.
