Are you a creative communicator with a passion for social media, storytelling, and international education? Do you enjoy writing content that connects with audiences and drives results? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist (Social Media & Content) to join Edunation’s growing international team. You’ll be responsible for creating content across our social media channels, writing blog posts and student-facing materials, and helping strengthen Edunation’s brand presence online. You’ll also collaborate with our podcast and YouTube series, as well as support digital campaigns and student events.

This is a hybrid role based in either Barcelona, Spain or Tampere, Finland.

What You’ll Do

• Create and publish content across Edunation’s social media platforms
• Write blog posts, newsletters, and student-facing materials that reflect our brand tone
• Engage with relevant Facebook groups and online communities to build awareness and foster engagement
• Engage with our community by joining live sessions and webinars, responding to comments and messages, and creating a warm, approachable presence that students connect with
• Support Edunation’s podcast and YouTube series through content creation and execution
• Plan and execute both online and on-site events for students with the marketing team
• Collaborate with the marketing team on additional tasks as needed
• Stay updated on social media trends and adapt them to our content strategy

We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or a similar role
• Proven writing skills with a track record of creating engaging social media and blog content
• Strong understanding of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently

Bonus Points if You Have :

• Experience with Meta Ads or other paid campaign tools
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
• Cross-cultural communication skills
• Background in SEO content writing or email marketing tools
