Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Executive Search recruiter for the direct search and selection of middle, senior, and top management professionals.

Responsibilities :

• Definition of the search strategy and initial identification of potential companies and candidates.
• Direct search and resourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Shortlist presentation.
• Other potential mapping roles mandates.
• Collaborate, as a team, with internal partners, in the alignment of each project.
• Formatting documents according to the house style.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in Executive Search, recruitment, talent acquisition.
• LinkedIn Recruiter, professional level.
• High-quality client service-oriented person, with exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, with a genuine sense of integrity, solid work ethic, and an open mind.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work remotely and effectively manage your own schedule.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
