Overview :

Are you a marketing professional eager to make a real impact in the fast-evolving world of insurance technology? We’re on the lookout for a driven and creative Marketing Specialist to help us build our brand, amplify our presence, and position our company as a leader in insurtech and embedded insurance across Europe and Latin America.

What You’ll Do :

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be at the heart of our marketing efforts, contributing directly to the company’s growth and visibility. Your role will be diverse, encompassing both strategic and hands-on responsibilities:

• Brand Development: Refine our corporate brand to resonate with diverse audiences, ensuring consistency and impact across all channels.
• Sales Enablement: Partner with the sales team to create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and tools that drive conversions.
• Event Management: Plan and execute company-hosted events and manage our participation in industry conferences, exhibitions, and other relevant gatherings.
• Digital Marketing: Lead our digital marketing strategy, running campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms to increase engagement and drive leads.
• Content Strategy: Develop and oversee a robust content calendar, producing high-quality materials such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and industry insights that position us as thought leaders.
• Public Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, create press releases, and ensure our voice is heard in key industry publications.
• Website Management: Oversee the corporate website, ensuring it remains fresh, user-friendly, and aligned with our strategic objectives.
• Market Leadership: Position our company as a go-to resource and authority in the insurtech and embedded insurance sectors.
• Portfolio Development: Prepare and maintain our corporate portfolio, press kit, and marketing collateral.
• Team Growth: Lay the groundwork for a growing marketing function, helping scale initiatives and contributing to the development of future team members.

What We’re Looking For :

We’re seeking a versatile and proactive marketer who thrives in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience: 3-5 years in marketing, ideally within B2B technology, SaaS platforms, startups, or scaleups. While experience in insurance or insurtech is a bonus, it is not mandatory.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with modern marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics software, and social media management tools.
• Creativity and Communication: Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging and impactful content across various formats.
• Organizational Skills: A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Market Insight: An understanding of the European and Latin American markets and trends within the technology and insurance industries.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages, such as French or Portuguese, are highly desirable).
• Mindset: A hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
