We are looking for a Marketing Science Consultant to join an international digital company with hubs in Barcelona and Madrid. This role sits within the Marketing Science team and is designed to lead analytical projects that help global brands across sectors such as Retail, FMCG, Beauty, Fashion and Telco make smarter, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marketing Mix Modeling projects with clients, from initial definition to delivery of insights and recommendations.
• Facilitate the adoption and understanding of MMM value across different client stakeholders (marketing, performance, leadership).
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to develop, refine and improve models.
• Master internal MMM tools, understanding their logic and functionalities to contribute actively to robust model development.
• Translate complex results into clear, actionable insights aligned with clients’ business and marketing priorities.
• Support clients in applying MMM outputs in planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making processes.

Requirements

• 3 - 4 years of professional experience, with proven expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling projects.
• Solid business and marketing vision, able to link analytical results with real-world impact.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical complexity and generate client trust.
• Commercial mindset and interest in supporting new business opportunities.
• Fluency in English (C1 or above) and comfortable working in international contexts.
