Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable marketing professional to support our growing sales and marketing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is excited to contribute across all areas of marketing within a B2B SaaS company focused on utility-scale energy storage.

Working under the guidance of senior leadership, you will help shape and execute our marketing strategy—from developing go-to market materials for cutting-edge energy solutions to driving awareness through content and digital engagement.

This is a hands-on, learning-rich position designed for someone eager to grow their skills in a dynamic, mission-driven tech environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic & Cross-Team Collaboration :
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy in collaboration with leadership.
  • Work closely with the product management team to translate technical features and roadmaps into market-ready messaging and product collateral.
  • Align marketing activities with sales objectives and feedback from the sales team to support lead generation and conversion.
  • Digital Marketing & Content Development :
  • Maintain and manage the company's presence across digital channels.
  • Create and publish B2B-focused content including case studies, product updates, whitepapers, and thought leadership posts.
  • Help refine messaging for different customer personas (utilities, developers, IPPs, etc.).
  • Branding & Communication Performance Tracking & Optimization :
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales and marketing collateral such as pitch decks, brochures, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Help organize webinars, conferences, and virtual or in-person events.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization :
  • Support the setup, monitoring, and reporting of digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hotjar, and CRM systems.
  • Analyze data to inform future campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Operational & Administrative Support :
  • Coordinate with external partners such as design agencies or content freelancers.
  • Maintain shared asset libraries and campaign calendars.
  • Assist with internal reporting and documentation for marketing initiatives.

Requirements :

  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Advanced written and spoken English (C1+).
  • Interest in technology, clean energy, and sustainability.
  • Strong written communication skills, especially in crafting B2B messaging with technical nuance.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, design tools, and CRM or CMS systems is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance metrics.
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and openness to learning.
  • Excellent team communication skills and the ability to build the right connections and inspire the sales team and other stakeholders.
