What You Will Do
- Production Scheduling & Coordination:
- Develop and manage comprehensive production schedules for marketing assets and campaign deliverables.
- Track milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Asset Production Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end creation of promotional materials (trailers, banners, store creatives, in-game graphics), liaising with internal teams, external vendors, and licensor partnership.
- Ensure clear briefs, timely feedback loops, and final asset hand-offs that meet technical specifications.
- Cross-functional stakeholder alignment
- Serve as the primary point of contact between marketing disciplines (UA, ASO, community, social, creative, PR) and product/ live-ops team.
- Facilitate status meetings, maintain transparent communication channels, and escalate issues to keep everyone aligned.
- Quality Assurance & Delivery
- Implement QC processes to verify that all assets adhere to licensor & brand guidelines, technical requirements, and localization standards.
- Coordinate final approvals and package delivery to partners (ad networks, app stores, influencers, etc.)
- Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage relationships with internal & external creatives, agencies, and contractors - negotiating scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor production budgets, track spend against forecast, and report variances to senior management.
- Performance Review Support
- Compile post-mortem reports on production processes, capturing lessons learned and areas for efficiency gains.
- Analyze and share production insights that inform future workflow improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3-5+ years in project or production management, preferably within free-to-play mobile games or digital entertainment.
- Project Management: Expertise in Gantt-style planning, resource tracking, and risk mitigation in fast paced environments.
- Technical Familiarity: Comfortable with asset production tools and pipelines, and able to translate creative briefs into clear technical requirements.
- Communication & Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills; adept at coordinating remote and cross-disciplinary teams and driving consensus to drive projects forward and to completion.
- Attention to Details: Proven track record of delivering multiple high- quality assets on strict timelines.
- Adaptability: Thrives in dynamic environments, able to pivot priorities quickly in response to shifting product or market needs.
- Passion for Gaming: Deep understanding of mobile gaming production cycles and the player community.
- Asana-proficient, Jira expert to own Marketing’s work-management stack.
Bonus Points
- Live Operation Experience: previous working experience in live service marketing.
- Genre Experience: Understanding of midcore mobile games and its players.
