We are looking for a Freelance Marketing Performance Analyst to join our team and support the Workforce Solutions Go-to-Market division of one of our main clients, the multinational technology company HP (Hewlett-Packard).
Location : Remote
Project’s Length : Temporary collaboration.
Responsibilities :
- Marketing Performance Analysis & Strategic Planning
- Analyze current marketing performance measurement models to identify improvement opportunities and enhance ROI visibility.
- Assist in investment planning by conducting impact analyses and providing data-backed recommendations.
- Summarize findings, highlight limitations, and propose actionable solutions for senior stakeholders.
- Provide strategic support with narratives, proof points, and marketing performance outcomes for executive forums.
- Performance Measurement Consistency & Advisory
- Guide Market teams on reporting and performance measurement standards.
- Collaborate with Go-to-Market leads to ensure transparent communication between organizations.
- Partner with analysts and the Marketing Impact Director to align performance reporting.
- Contribute to advancing B2B marketing analytics capabilities.
- Marketing Data Visualization & Analysis (Technical Core)
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for marketing KPIs.
- Use SQL queries for data analysis and performance tracking.
- Conduct advanced Excel analysis for reporting and data exploration.
- Identify performance trends and translate into strategic insights.
- Support investment planning with impact analysis and recommendations.
- Assist in preparing narratives and proof points for executive forums.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- Advanced Power BI skills.
- SQL proficiency for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced Excel skills: PivotTables, lookup functions, nested formulas, charting, data cleaning.
- Understanding of B2B marketing funnels, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (preferred).
