Title: Marketing Operations Specialist (Portuguese speaker)

Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)

Job Function: Marketing

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

Keyfactor is one of the world’s leading companies for Machine Identity, Certificate Lifecycle Management and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Solutions. We’re expanding rapidly and growing in terms of both revenue, number of customers and personnel. The company helps security teams manage cryptography as critical infrastructure by simplifying PKI, automating certificate lifecycle management, and enabling crypto-agility at scale.

In 2019, Keyfactor decided to widen its investment and acquired Redtrust, a Spanish company pioneer in the management of people’s identity through the custody and management of digital certificates. Redtrust has a strong reputation for providing top-notch products and services in Spain. The expansion to the Latin American market is a natural progression for the company, which aims to meet the growing demand for secure digital signing tools in the region.

Redtrust is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to lead operational marketing and market research initiatives aimed at generating qualified opportunities, optimizing event participation, and gaining strategic insights into customers and markets. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end management of outreach campaigns (emailing, calls, surveys) and for producing analytical reports that support commercial and marketing decision-making. Handles day-to-day operational tasks, including process management and performance metrics. Supports marketing teams by ensuring efficient execution of campaigns and workflows, and contributes to the optimization of marketing operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead in-depth analysis of marketing performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Design and execute direct outreach campaigns (email and calls) to promote and invite audiences to events, webinars, and brand activities.
  • Ensure high-quality marketing databases by overseeing data cleansing, segmentation, enrichment, and scoring to drive scalable growth and performance optimization.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize marketing workflows and enhance team productivity.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, external agencies involved in surveys, and service providers to ensure alignment and quality execution.
  • Lead efforts to implement advanced segmentation strategies in the CRM, ensuring accurate targeting for marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign and event KPIs, ensuring end-to-end performance traceability and driving continuous optimization through data-driven insights.
  • Plan and coordinate market research projects, including survey design, audience segmentation, execution, and results analysis.
  • Produce strategic reports and insights based on qualitative and quantitative data (surveys, CRM, digital campaigns, etc.), identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance campaign impact and deepen market understanding.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Sociology, Business Administration, Market Research and similar areas.
  • Strong experience in marketing operations, data management, or process optimization.
  • Expert analytical and technical skills, excellent communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software. Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • High analytical skills and strong command of reporting tools (advanced Excel, Google Data Studio, Power BI, or similar).
  • Ability to lead small projects, innovate within the role, and provide training to peers.
