Marketing & Operations Coordinator (Fluent in Spanish & English, Based in Valencia).

Your Duties and Expectations:

• Space Rentals & B2B Partnerships:Promote and secure bookings for our versatile spaces, ensuring seamless client experiences and building strong relationships with partners.
• Marketing & Content:Develop and execute marketing strategies, including social media campaigns and community-focused content that resonates with our audience.
• Community Engagement:Build authentic relationships with local organizations, collaborators, and event planners to grow and nurture the Cr8tive Labs community.
• Operational Management:Oversee daily operations, ensuring our spaces are always welcoming and run smoothly. Coordinate with internal and external teams to maintain high standards.
• Event Support:Provide hands-on support for events hosted in our spaces, helping to create memorable experiences.
• Reporting & Analysis:Track and report on marketing and rental performance, using insights to refine and improve our strategies.
• Collaboration:Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and solutions to keep our community growing and thriving.

What We’re Looking For:

• Based in Valencia(must live in the area and know the local scene).
• Fluent in Spanish and highly proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in marketing, operations, andideallyevent or space rentals.
• A high level of professionalism, organization, and the ability to meet and exceed expectations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Determination, creativity, and a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media best practices.
• A growth mindset and the desire to develop within the Cr8tive Labs team.
