A leading social discovery company seeks a Marketing Manager to oversee TV and Radio campaigns aimed at enhancing user engagement. In this remote role, you will create impactful campaigns and analyze metrics to drive product success, while enjoying benefits like extensive vacation days and health reimbursements.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will become a part of a growing team that is responsible for TV and Radio campaigns in the third-largest social discovery company in the world!

Your main tasks will be:

  • Create and develop TV/ Radio campaigns for core and experimental products.
  • Optimize TV/ Radio campaigns with agencies.
  • Adjusts creative strategy for both channels with the design team.

We expect from you:

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Solid understanding of key product and marketing metrics (e.g., CPI, CPA, ROI, retention, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret performance data and draw actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with the fundamentals of online product performance and user behavior.
  • Knowledge of TV and radio channels is a strong plus.

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
  • Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for time off, merch, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
