Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Barcelona

Department: Marketing

Reporting to: General Manager and VP Marketing

Summary: Time Out Market is a global food and cultural market leveraging the editorial curation of Time Out to bring the best of the city together under one roof: its best chefs, restaurants, bars, and cultural experiences. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to enhance our brand presence, drive footfall and brand awareness, and ensure a seamless, exciting experience for our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives and drive visitor traffic and brand loyalty.
  2. Manage all aspects of public relations, including press releases and relations with media, influencers, and industry leaders.
  3. Manage social media presence, create and publish engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
  4. Plan and coordinate entertainment and events to enhance visitor experience and promote the Market’s atmosphere.
  5. Foster relationships with concessionaires to align with Market standards and support their promotional activities.
  6. Ensure all marketing materials align with brand identity and support promotional efforts.
  7. Monitor and report on marketing campaign effectiveness using KPIs.
  8. Utilize data and customer feedback to inform future campaigns and improve visitor experience.
  9. Support incident/crisis responses to safeguard the brand.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of marketing management experience in hospitality, retail, or entertainment sectors.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns, PR, and brand activations across multiple geographies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven social media management skills and content creation ability.
  • Experience in event planning and management.
  • Ability to work across different cultures and teams effectively.
  • Strong networking skills with media and stakeholders.
