A leading pharmaceutical company seeks a Marketing Manager to drive Specialty Care products within Nephrology and Oncohematology. This role calls for a strategic thinker with significant experience managing brand activities in a multinational context. The ideal candidate will possess a Health Science degree and a master in pharmaceutical marketing, coupled with a strong customer-focused approach and leadership capabilities.

Due to new business challenges, we are now looking for a Marketing Manager, who will report to the Business Unit Director and will manage the following responsibilities :
Develop, implement and execute Specialty Care Business Unit products brand plans and future launches premarketing strategy. Therapeutical Areas : Nephrology and Oncohematology
Responsible for the management of all brand related activities through a customer centric approach.
Ensure Brand plan implementation in the field.
Work together with EU Bran Team (headquarters) to adapt EU strategies at a local level.
Build strong relationships with main KOLs and medical societies.
Manage budget and resources appropriately.
Collaborate with internal departments (Market Access, Medical, Legal, Compliance) acting as a project manager.
Key requirements :
Health Science Degree, plus a master or specialization in pharmaceutical marketing.
5 years experience in similar roles in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
Customer centric focus, leadership, influence, creativity, project management.
Very valuable : experience in Nephrology or Oncohematology therapeutical areas.
Must have a high level of English
