Job overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to join the FEUGA Foundation team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing comprehensive marketing and sales strategies at both national and international levels across all foundation departments and services.

This role aims to significantly increase the impact and visibility of the Foundation's activities and projects.

The position requires a strong background in multi-channel marketing, digital strategy, and stakeholder engagement within the academic, research, and innovation sectors.

Key responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the Foundation's mission; create and execute integrated campaigns; design go-to-market strategies; conduct market research; maintain brand consistency.
  • Digital Marketing & Communications: Manage website, social media, email marketing, and content; oversee online reputation; create engaging content; implement SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Sales Support & Lead Generation: Support business development; develop sales materials; collaborate with departments; analyze marketing metrics.
  • International Outreach & Partnerships: Represent the Foundation internationally; develop localized strategies; manage external relationships.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related; Master's preferred; certifications advantageous.

Experience: 3-5 years in marketing management, preferably in non-profit, research, or knowledge organizations; proven success in campaigns; international experience; budget management.

Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English (C1); digital marketing tools; analytical skills; creative and strategic thinking; project management; interpersonal skills; travel and driving license.
