We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to join the FEUGA Foundation team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing comprehensive marketing and sales strategies at both national and international levels across all foundation departments and services.
This role aims to significantly increase the impact and visibility of the Foundation's activities and projects.
The position requires a strong background in multi-channel marketing, digital strategy, and stakeholder engagement within the academic, research, and innovation sectors.
Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related; Master's preferred; certifications advantageous.
Experience: 3-5 years in marketing management, preferably in non-profit, research, or knowledge organizations; proven success in campaigns; international experience; budget management.
Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English (C1); digital marketing tools; analytical skills; creative and strategic thinking; project management; interpersonal skills; travel and driving license.
