Formación

  • 3-5 años de experiencia en gestión de marketing, preferiblemente en organizaciones sin fines de lucro.
  • Dominio de inglés y español (nivel C1), se valorarán otros idiomas.
  • Experiencia en marketing B2B y soporte en ventas.

Job overview:

We are seeking aresults-driven Marketing Manager to join the FEUGA Foundation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing comprehensive marketing and sales strategies at both national and international levels across all foundation departments and services. This role is designed to significantly increase the impact and visibility of the various activities and projects developed by the Foundation. The positionrequires a strong background in multi-channel marketing, digital strategy, and stakeholder engagement within the academic, research, and innovation sectors.

Key responsibilities:

o Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the Foundation's mission and strategic objectives across all departments.

o Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote the Foundation's services, projects, and initiatives to diverse audiences including academic institutions, industry partners, and government agencies.

o Design and manage go-to-market strategies for new services and projects, ensuring maximum reach and impact.

o Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and positioning in national and international markets.

o Establish and maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and materials.

Digital Marketing & Communications:

o Develop and execute digital marketing strategies including website management, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

o Manage online presence and reputation across multiple platforms and channels.

o Create compelling content that effectively communicates the Foundation's value proposition to different target audiences.

o Implement SEO/SEM strategies to increase online visibility and lead generation.

o Support business development activities by generating qualified leads and nurturing prospect relationships.

o Develop sales enablement materials including presentations, case studies, brochures, and digital assets.

o Collaborate with department heads to understand service offerings and translate them into compelling marketing messages.

o Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI.

International Outreach & Partnerships:

o Represent the Foundation at international conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness and establish strategic partnerships.

o Develop localized marketing strategies for different international markets and cultural contexts.

o Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

· Professional certifications in digital marketing, project management, or related areas will be considered advantageous.

o Experience in marketing for research institutions, foundations, or technology transfer organizations.

o Knowledge of the academic and research ecosystem, including understanding of R&D processes, innovation management, and technology commercialization.

o Familiarity with European and Spanish funding programs and the regional innovation landscape.

Skills:

o Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (C1 equivalent), additional languages will be advantageous.

o Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation, social media management tools).

o Proven ability to develop compelling presentations and marketing materials for diverse audiences.

o Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing metrics, ROI analysis, and data-driven decision making.

o Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and brand consistency.

o Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

o Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.

o Travel availability and driving licence.

Experience:

o At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within non-profit organizations, research institutions, or knowledge-based organizations.

o Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that have demonstrably increased brand awareness and lead generation.

o Experience in B2B marketing and sales support, with understanding of complex sales cycles.

o Demonstrated ability to work in international environments and manage multi-cultural marketing initiatives.

o Experience with budget management and vendor relationships.

o Strong portfolio of marketing materials and campaigns that showcase creativity and strategic thinking.
