Leanbio is a leading Biopharmaceutical CDMO offering end-to-end services in recombinant proteins, mRNA, and pDNA. With over a decade of expertise, we have a proven track record in developing and manufacturing therapeutic molecules such as antibodies, Fab fragments, ADCs, enzymes, complex proteins, mRNA, and pDNA. Leanbio has collaborated with over 100 candidates, some in late clinical stages. We are expanding with a new GMP facility in Barcelona, spanning over 4,000 sqm, with three manufacturing areas: one for mammalian expression systems up to 2000L, one for microbial and yeast up to 1000L, and another for mRNA up to 50L. The facility includes advanced development labs, quality control rooms, and warehouses. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team at the new facilities in Sant Quirze del Vallès. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, lead generation, campaign management, content creation, digital marketing, event participation, market analysis, business development support, and stakeholder collaboration. The candidate will manage budgets, coordinate with internal teams, and support business planning, requiring a mix of technical knowledge and strategic marketing skills.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, lead generation, and campaign management.
  • Measure ROI and performance using KPIs and analytics.
  • Create compelling, scientifically accurate content for various platforms.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts and website content.
  • Plan and coordinate participation in industry events and fairs.
  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights.
  • Support business development with marketing collateral.
  • Manage marketing budgets and external vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure aligned messaging.
  • Develop reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Maintain professional development to stay current with industry trends.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or master's is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in CDMO, pharma, or biotech sectors.
  • Experience working with stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency in market research, digital marketing, and data analysis.
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain, regulatory environment, and B2B marketing.
  • High proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with CRMs (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce), MS Office, and presentation tools.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments and influence cross-functional teams.
