Formación

• Experiencia comprobada en un rol similar en un startup de gran escala, preferiblemente en el sector health-tech.
• Capacidad para implementar técnicas de marketing en canales digitales y no digitales.
• Mentalidad emprendedora y habilidad para trabajar en entornos con recursos limitados.

Responsabilidades

• Impulsar todas las actividades de marketing y creativas para nuestro mercado alemán.
• Coordinar campañas promocionales y otros esfuerzos de marketing en todos los canales.
• Preparar informes de rendimiento diarios, semanales y mensuales.

We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager who will take care of planning, development & execution of marketing strategy and marketing initiatives in Germany. Your Responsibilities

• Drive all Impress marketing and creative activities for our German market.
• Take care of all marketing operations across the country with the mission to digitalize the orthodontic experience for patients.
• Ensure maximum traffic conversion & drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities while reducing CAC.
• Listen to the trends of the French health-tech market and support market research efforts where required.
• Localise, develop and coordinate promotional campaigns and other marketing efforts across all channels (digital, press, TV, social, etc.).
• Collaborate with the PR / influencers team to build our community online.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on performance

What you need to be successful:

• Proven experience in a similar role, in a large scale start-up, ideally within the health-tech sector.
• Very good understanding of the German market.
• Ability to implement marketing techniques over all digital and non-digital channels.
• Both creative and analytical mindset.
• Roll-Up-The-Sleeves Style: You enjoy an entrepreneurial atmosphere that requires you take ownership of the initiatives and to be comfortable in an environment with lean staffing.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, you know how to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences.
