The Global Marketing team is seeking a strong marketing professional responsible for developing the global strategy for genetic testing solutions, focusing on marketing programs such as launches, concepts, and campaigns. You will lead our consumer/patient initiatives and collaborate closely with Product Directors and Regional Marketing teams.

With excellent communication skills, digital savviness, and extensive marketing experience, you know how to translate strategy into targeted content delivered at the right time. You are adept at multicultural and cross-functional collaboration, preferably with experience navigating a global stakeholder environment.

Managing various processes and projects simultaneously requires a pragmatic, positive, creative mindset, with both strategic and operational focus. Solid business acumen is essential to identify and act on growth opportunities. You will be part of the broader Global Marketing & Academy team, reporting to the VP of Global Marketing, and will experience extensive collaboration.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and communicate a clear, visionary marketing strategy aligned with Vitrolife Group's long-term objectives for genetic testing solutions.
  2. Lead the development of value propositions, marketing plans, campaigns, and sales tools globally.
  3. Plan and develop marketing mix strategies with a focus on digital marketing (web, email campaigns, webinars, social media content).
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on service launches and campaigns, ensuring commercial impact.
  5. Work closely with upstream product management to incorporate customer and market insights into product visions and roadmaps.
  6. Develop patient marketing concepts and campaigns to enhance communication and lead generation.
  7. Track campaign and launch effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement.
Requirements
  1. A master’s degree in marketing, communication, or similar.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in regional or global marketing roles.
  3. At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, omnichannel strategies, and marketing automation related to customer journey digitalization.
  4. Strong experience in marketing and brand management, preferably in the medical device or fast-moving consumer industry.
  5. Business and financial acumen, with experience managing marketing budgets and analyzing sales data for campaign and launch insights.

The interview will be conducted in English.

The employee will be based in Valencia (Parque tecnológico de Paterna).
